Biorhythm InformationWhat is a Biorhythm?A biorhythm is based on the idea that certain aspects of your life move in cycles. These aspects are your Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, and Intuitive well being. Each cycle is based on a sine wave, and starts at 0 on the day of your birth. The different aspects cycle with the following rates:
Where you are in your biorhythm cycles is expressed as a percentage from -100% to 100%. If you are in the negatives (the wave(s) goes below the center horizontal line) it is not good, obviously. Back to Top Are Biorhythms True?Although there is no scientific evidence to support Biorhythm Theory, many people believe in it and use it to analyze their energy level trends on days gone by or to predict their performance for future events.You will have to test the theory on yourself to find out if indeed it is an indicator of your energy levels! The Japanese have used it to help prevent accidents in the work place. Employees with critical jobs are required to stay home if two of the biorhythm factors are crossing the center line at the same time. Back to Top Intro to the biorhythm programA biorhythm chart is generated by an Internet based biorhythm program. What the program does is create a personalized biorhythm chart that displays on your computer screen based on the information you enter. From there you can download this chart and save it on your computer so you can look at it again later. All you have to do is fill out the information you are asked for.Note for the techically savy: the program creates the chart in gif format and displays it in your browser. If you right click on it you should be able to save it to your hard drive and then view it in any image viewer program you have on your computer. To get your own personalized biorhythm chart simply fill out the information in the forms at the bottom of the page. Basically it just needs your birthdate and what month you want to view and it does the rest. Back to Top How do I use the program?You just need to fill out the form with your first name, e-mail address, month, day of the month and year you were born. When you have entered those items and are ready you click on "Graph it!" button. You will be taken to another page where you will see your chart.When the graph is generated you will notice that there are three different colored lines. Look at the vertical line in the grid that corresponds to today's date and check at what level the colored lines are. These levels are your biorhythm energy levels for each aspect of your well being! On days when your lines cross the middle black line are the most critical days. This is when you are most vulnerable to accidents, bad decisions, and emotional swings. Some people believe you should stay in bed all day when all three are crossing the mid line on the same day. Being below the main line is like recharging your batteries. Things still work but on a lower scale. Some people believe if all three lines are at the very top, that is the day to be in Las Vegas!
